Privacy Overview
Lumora Games develops and publishes mobile games, currently including Arrow Puzzle
and Conduit. This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected,
processed, and handled when you interact with Lumora Games applications that link
to this page.
This policy is intentionally written to be general enough to cover multiple Lumora
Games titles. Not every practice described below necessarily applies to every game
-- the exact information processed depends on which features and third-party
services are actually integrated into a specific game.
Information and Data
Lumora Games applications generally do not require you to create an account or
directly provide personal information in order to play.
However, third-party SDKs or services integrated into an individual game may
automatically process certain technical information as part of their normal
operation. Depending on the game and which services it uses, this may include:
- Device information
- Operating system
- Application version
- Advertising identifiers
- IP address
- Application interactions
- Crash information
- Diagnostic information
- Performance information
- Approximate location, where derived from IP address or otherwise permitted by the applicable service
Lumora Games does not itself directly collect all of the information above --
it is processed by the relevant third-party service providers as part of the
services they offer, except where summarized information (such as aggregate
crash statistics) is made available to us.
Advertising
Some Lumora Games applications may display advertisements. Not every Lumora Games
game necessarily contains ads. Where advertising is present, a game may use Google
AdMob or Google Mobile Ads.
Advertising services may process information for purposes such as:
- Delivering advertisements
- Advertising measurement
- Fraud prevention
- Frequency management
- Personalized or non-personalized advertising, where permitted and based on applicable consent and device settings

described in Google's own privacy policy, available at

Rewarded Advertisements
Certain Lumora Games titles may offer the option to watch a rewarded advertisement
in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as an additional hint, extra lives,
gameplay assistance, or a similar optional reward.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is always optional. Players are never required to
watch an advertisement in order to play a Lumora Games game.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Lumora Games applications may use third-party tools for crash reporting,
diagnostics, performance monitoring, or general application usage, where such
tools are actually integrated into a given game.
This policy does not claim the use of any specific analytics provider (for example,
Firebase Analytics) unless it is actually implemented in a given Lumora Games
application. This wording is deliberately kept general so that it remains accurate
as it applies across current and future Lumora Games titles.
Game Progress
Individual Lumora Games titles may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
- Level progress
- Scores and high scores
- Settings and sound preferences
- Appearance preferences
- Hints and lives
- General gameplay progress
Clearing an application's data or uninstalling a game may remove information
stored locally in this way. Lumora Games does not claim to provide cloud storage
for game progress unless a specific game actually implements it.
Data Sharing
Lumora Games does not sell users' personal information.
Certain information may be processed by third-party service providers to the
extent necessary for functions such as advertising, diagnostics, security, fraud
prevention, and application distribution.
Third-Party Services
Depending on the game, Lumora Games applications may make use of services including:
- Google Play Services -- platform services provided by Google for Android applications -- Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads -- used to deliver advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements, where enabled -- AdMob privacy information
- Google Play distribution services -- used to distribute and update Lumora Games applications
Lumora Games does not invent or claim third-party integrations beyond what is
actually used in a given application. If additional third-party services are
integrated in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Children's Privacy
Lumora Games applications are not specifically designed or marketed for children.
Lumora Games does not knowingly request or require children to directly submit
personal information through its games.
Where advertising, analytics, or other third-party services are active within a
game, those services operate subject to their own respective privacy policies and
applicable legal requirements, including requirements relating to children's
privacy.

Data Retention
Information stored locally by a Lumora Games application generally remains on your
device until application data is cleared, the game is reset, or the application is
uninstalled.
Information processed by third-party service providers is retained according to
those providers' own respective retention policies, not by Lumora Games directly.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to help protect information associated with Lumora
Games applications. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is
completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your Choices
You may:
- Manage Android app permissions at any time through your device's Settings menu
- Manage applicable advertising and privacy preferences where made available by your device or the relevant advertising provider
- Manage or reset your advertising identifier where supported by your device
- Clear an application's data or uninstall a Lumora Games game from your device
- Contact Lumora Games regarding any privacy-related questions or concerns
Future Games
Lumora Games may release additional games and applications in the future. Future
applications may use this same Privacy Policy where their privacy practices are
appropriately covered by it.
However, if a future game introduces materially different features -- for example,
accounts or login, cloud storage, multiplayer communication or chat, precise
location, camera or microphone access, payments, user-generated content, or
additional data-collecting SDKs -- this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly,
or a separate policy may be introduced for that application.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Lumora Games may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when
games change, new games are released, third-party integrations change, privacy
practices change, or applicable legal requirements change.
Any changes will be published on this page, along with an updated "Last Updated"
date shown near the top of this policy.
